This project consisted of construction of three, two-story, mixed-use buildings containing retail and office. The scope included a 34,700 sf Albertsons with a Starbucks, and 39,552 sf of additional buildings.  Tenant improvements were performed to 25,248 sf and extensive onsite and offsite improvements were completed to 10 site-acres.
